CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30-15 days prior to the scheduled date will forfeit 50% of the cost of the trip. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the trip will forfeit the full cost of the trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. If your guide has to cancel a trip for reasons beyond control (unsafe weather/conditions), you will receive a refund or have the option to reschedule. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required and will be applied to your trip. Payments may be made over the phone or ONLINE using a credit card.
